  • I have the right to refuse a commission for ANY reason.

  • If you repost art done by me, please give credit! <3
  • Payment is to be given up-front before the start of any commission; commissions for sums larger than $50 can choose to break this payment into two parts (one before start and one after completion.)
  • A sketch of your commission will be sent before I go further and work on lines and rendering to make sure you like it! Please don’t hesitate to ask for any changes or even a complete re-do of the sketch during this phase <3
  • Any works from me may NOT be used for commercial use without discussing it with me first; depending on the usage, I may want additional payment or royalties.

    • The exception to this being designs, which are permitted to be used for merch, in comics, and the like so long as it’s not my art being used specifically.

  • Any works from me may NOT be used for NFTs or blockchaining of any form under ANY circumstance; doing so will result in an immediate blacklisting.
  • Commissions may take up to a month to complete depending on how busy I am; please take this into consideration! If you need something finished by a certain date, please tell me in advance so I may prioritize! Additional payment may be requested depending on how rushed I’ll need to be.
  • Refunds will not be given if the commission progresses further than the sketch phase; once a sketch is confirmed, the commission will be completed and payment will be final.
  • All designs done by me are open to be traded, gifted, and resold to anyone; my only condition is that designs should not be sold for more than they were purchased UNLESS they come with other paid-for art.
  • If a design has feathers tucked behind the ear or on the head, I will either remove it or place the feathers elsewhere.
